This cake has 5 completely different layers, with both sophisticated taste and texture: a soft chocolate mousse with 35% cocoa on the top, a white chocolate mousse crust, a dark Callebaut chocolate and cream ganache, and a crunchy biscuit with chocolate, feuillantine and hazelnut-almond praliné cream.
To whom this is not enough chocolate, everything is topped with a perfect chocolate mirror glaze.
