A choux is a puff pastry ball coated and baked with a thin crunchy layer of butter and yellow sugar (Craqueline).
We fill our Choux with a delicately home cooked vanilla and hazelnut cream.
In the heart of this cream we add pure praliné paste which we prepare carefully with caramelized hazelnuts and almonds.
The crunchiness of the crust, the creamy filling and the intensity of our praline will take your senses to the unexplored fields of pleasure!
