Our thin butter crust tart is baked with a soft almond-frangipane cream (cream made of butter and almond), then coated with praliné.
A delicate pistachio and white chocolate mousse is placed on the top of our tasteful frangipane tart.
The result is a soft and sophisticated cake full of taste and flavors.
