Nine layers of intoxicating combination of black chocolate and handmade raspberry jelly that awakens all the senses and combines intense and contrasting flavors.
Each layer of crust is covered with chocolate ganache, made of Callebaut 62% cocoa - chocolate, cream and butter. In the very middle of the cake lays our powerful handmade raspberry jelly. The whole cake is coated with a black chocolate glaze that further intensifies the intense contrasts.
The very process of stacking this cake takes over two and a half hours. Enjoy it peacefully and let it charm you.
