Vanilla finger is a wonderful combination of white chocolate, almonds, marzipan mousse, and ganache of salted caramel rolled into streusel biscuit.
Thin almond crusts added to our mono portion make the cake structure, and then the entire cake is again coated with white chocolate with chopped toasted almonds. White chocolate ganache rosettes are added for a simple decoration.
