Inspired by the famous Mozart balls, our Vienna is an alternation of refined flavors of milk chocolate, pistachio and marzipan. We make it wheel shaped.
A tasty Callebaut milk chocolate mousse, a cocoa biscuit, a thin layer of marzipan and a delicate pistachio cream are served on a soft cocoa biscuit. The entire cake is covered with a tasty milk chocolate ganache cream.
All the bases, biscuit, pistachio paste and marzipan are handmade in our workshop.

SERVING: 600 gr (4 to 6 pieces)/ 1 kg (8 to 10 pieces)/ 1,5 kg (12 to 14 pieces).
